VAR Capital advises Allens of Mayfair on restructuring their real estate business

VAR Capital is proud to be the sole advisor to Allens of Mayfair, a London based Real estate company on restructuring their debt and real estate portfolio.

As part of the project, VAR managed and negotiated with a number of lenders for the clients. This also led to the successful sale of properties to Soho Estate. The key properties were 5/5A Walkers Court, 8 & 9 Greek Street, and 28 Peter Street, Soho, London W1 — a collection of four retail, office and residential properties in the heart of Soho.

The real estate sale was led by TT&G Partners and the entire restructuring was managed by VAR Capital.
